I led the design ideation and exploration of Connect - a payment solution designed especially for Platforms and Marketplaces. Our team conducted research to understand how to streamline and enhance the operations required to run platform and marketplace businesses of all sizes.

Ultimately, we built Connect to enable Platforms seamlessly onboard and manage the flow of funds for thousands of their customers across 3 markets.

For over 4 years, the company found it hard to balance compliance to regulatory requirements and optimal user experience. This resulted in an overwhelming list of required documents and an increase in merchant drop-off rates.

I led the research, ideation and exploration of multiple concepts that could improve the onboarding experience of every merchant, while remaining regulatory compliant. Our team, in partnership with Nona Digital outlined the different merchant personas, business requirements and built a new onboarding experience. 12 months after launching the new onboarding experience, Paystack saw a 15% reduction in drop-off rates and a 32.5% increase in completion time.

WiiCreate is the leading brand and print agency for branded merch in Africa.

At WiiCreate, there are 4 different teams involved in printing a customer's order to their exact specifications. The entire print process takes anywhere from 3-14 business days depending on the complexity of the order. Within that timeline, the risk of getting details about specifications can get lost in communication - especially if that data is spread across various applications. How might we provide a single source of truth? How do we help the various teams collaborate better?

I led the design to introduce a new ERP aimed at improving team collaboration and provide a single source of truth for any data related to a particular order quickly. 20 months after using the ERP across WiiCreate, and production rates increased by over 25% and 80% of orders got delivered at least one day before the due date. We also built up trust and excitement from our customers.

The Yoruba people of Nigeria are known to throw some of the best and most memorable parties. With such parties, word often travels quickly and certain people pretend to know the celebrants so they can be a part of the fun. The Yorubas call them Mógbòmoyá - which means Gatecrasher.

The Mógbòmoyá App is an online events aggregator that finds the best events around your current location and allow you to plan an event with your friends right on the app. With a first proof-of-concept already developed and tested, how can we improve the overall user experience for the user? I led the design process to audit and redesign the new Mógbòmoyá experience.
